Oh jeeze…
Not including miniseries, one-shots, annuals, crossovers, team-ups, Marvel events, Marvel Knights, Tales of Suspense and the Ultimate universe, there are at least 621 Cap comics, starting from Captain America #1 way back in 1941 and going through 5 volumes to Captain America #619 in 2011, and including Captain America and Bucky, Captain America and Hawkeye, and the current Captain America ongoing, which is on issue #12.
My math might be a bit shaky, but I’m sure I’m at least in the ballpark on this one.

Anonymous asked: What did you think of Millar's Cap in Civil War? Personally I didn't care for it.
I quite enjoyed Civil War (except for the ending, obviously). It was a great story on what could happen when two men take the extreme opposites of a conflict and refuse to compromise anything.
Cap’s characterization during Civil War was fitting of his beliefs, but taken all the way to 11. I would have loved for Cap to have seen the error of the superhero community’s ways earlier, but the scene where he’s stopped by civilians was really iconic, finally realizing that they were actually hurting the people they were honor-bound to protect.
